Graded Card Packaging
This is a perfect solution for protein powder packaging. We will send a trial roll to ensure the size and material are verified on your stick pack filling machine.
Single Serve Packaging
All of our wrappers have a high-barrier metalized, foil like, inner layer and can be coated in either matte or gloss finishes. Matte coatings seem to be the most popular choice in the marketplace, but the choice is yours!
Roll Stock
Since stick packs are exclusive to automated filling, roll stock film is the only solution for this form factor. We will work with your co packer, or your filling machine provider, to ensure an optimum packaging experience.

Can I use different designs for different packs or releases?
Yes. We can run multiple artwork versions within a single order, allowing you to create distinct pack designs for different product tiers, sports, releases, or limited drops.
Can each pack be serialized or custom numbered?
Yes. Utilizing variable data digital printing, we can add sequential numbering (e.g., 001/500), unique serial numbers, or custom barcodes directly to each individual pack—ideal for high-value chase packs and limited edition runs.
Are these packs secure against pack searching and scanners?
Yes. Our high-barrier opaque films completely block intense light pass-through to stop visual searching. For ultimate security, we can also integrate metallic barrier layers or RFID shielding to prevent bad actors from using electronic scanners to identify high-value cards inside unopened packs.
